Programme 2011-2013: Vacci & Plus
Improving vaccination in order to improve the health of the population of the province and the city of Kinshasa
On hand, Vacci & PLUS focused on improving vaccination in order to improve the health of the population of the province and the city of Kinshasa. On the other hand, the rationalization of the reference general hospital.
The challenge of the 2011-2013 program was to ensure longer-term results. So that once our intervention is complete, the structures can maintain and even improve vaccination coverage.
For the 2011-2013 programme, the focus has been on increased involvement and participation in improving health care by the population of the province and city of Kinshasa, which is in line with the overall health strategy of the Democratic Republic of Congo.
Building on the previous program, the Vacci & Plus program aimed to:
to achieve a sustainable strengthening of the vaccination system in the areas of Moluccas I, Moluccas II, Mont N'Gafula I, Mont N'Gafula II and N'Sele by strengthening the capacities of our partner.
strengthening and revitalizing the N'Sele health zone through the rationalization of the Kinkole Reference General Hospital.
